Special Information on the Services Offered

Differentiation from Distance Learning (FernUSG):

The online coaching offered by us constitutes an individual consulting service. The media library and accompanying materials provided within the scope of the coaching serve exclusively to deepen and supplement the individual consulting appointments. The main focus of the service lies on personal guidance and accompaniment via video telephony. A monitoring of learning progress ("Erfolgskontrolle") within the meaning of the German Distance Learning Protection Act (Fernunterrichtsschutzgesetz – FernUSG) does not take place, as the implementation of the content is the sole responsibility of the clients and the appointments serve the purpose of individual exchange. Therefore, in our view, our offer does not fall within the scope of application of the FernUSG.

Consumer Dispute Resolution:
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
